What we offer The Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer will play a critical leadership role in shaping Stelumar’s manufacturing strategy, driving process design, industrialization, and operational excellence across its cabinetry, panels, and modular product portfolio. This role spans the full product lifecycle from early design collaboration and process development through factory commissioning, production ramp-up, and continuous optimization. You will be instrumental in translating innovative product designs into scalable, efficient, and high-performing manufacturing systems, while building the foundation for future factory deployments.
What you’ll do
- Partner cross-functionally with design, product development, and commercial teams to ensure manufacturability, scalability, and alignment between product architecture and production capabilities.
- Lead the design, validation, and industrialization of manufacturing processes for new cabinetry, panels, and modular products, leveraging prototype builds and pilot operations to inform production strategy.
- Define production concepts, line layouts, and capacity models to support both initial factory launches and long-term network expansion.
- Collaborate with facilities, automation, and equipment engineering teams to specify, source, and commission manufacturing assets and infrastructure.
- Provide technical leadership during new facility start-ups, ensuring a smooth transition from concept through ramp-up to stable operations.
- Establish and drive a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging production data, advanced analytics, and structured problem-solving methodologies to enhance safety, quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability performance.
- Mentor and support production and engineering teams, strengthening technical capability and operational discipline across the organization.
- Contribute to the evolution of manufacturing standards, systems, and best practices as Stelumar scales its operations.

What you bring
- Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
- 7+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing engineering, with demonstrated ownership of process development, industrialization, or production ramp-up.
- Experience launching new products or processes in a manufacturing environment, including pilot builds and scale-up.
- Strong understanding of production system design, including workflow optimization, line balancing, and capacity planning.
- Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g. CATIA, SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Strong analytical capability, including advanced Excel and experience with data tools such as Power BI, Python, or SQL.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, decision-making, and communication skills.
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
