Fullstack Engineer (Data & AI Automation)

Experience Level: Junior-Intermediate (2+ years professional experience)

The Opportunity

We are looking for a versatile Fullstack Developer who thinks "data-first." You will join our engineering team to help build scalable web applications while spearheading the automation of our internal data workflows. Because you have a background as a Database Administrator, you will be our go-to expert for ensuring our application architecture is performant, secure, and ready for AI integration.

What You’ll Do

• End-to-End Development: Design and implement responsive frontends using React/Next.js and robust backends using Node.js or Python (FastAPI/Django).
• AI & Automation: Build and maintain Python-based automation agents using LangChain and OpenAI APIs to streamline business processes and enhance user experiences.
• Database Leadership: Take ownership of schema design, query optimization, and data integrity, ensuring our PostgreSQL/NoSQL instances are tuned for high-traffic performance.
• Infrastructure & Scaling: Containerize services using Docker and deploy serverless functions on AWS to support a microservices-based architecture.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the product team to translate complex business requirements (like import/export logistics or tele-health platforms) into clean, maintainable code.

What You Bring

• The Foundation: 3+ years of professional experience in Database Administration (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL) with a deep understanding of indexing and security.
• The Pivot: A strong portfolio of fullstack projects (MERN/PERN stack) showing proficiency in TypeScript and modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind.
• The "AI Edge": Experience writing Python scripts for automation and an active interest in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) or LLM orchestration.
• The Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who can identify a manual bottleneck and say, "I can automate that with a script."

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with Real-time communication tools (Socket.io or WebRTC).
• Familiarity with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate).
• A background in Computer Engineering or a related technical field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,000.00-$64,000.00 per year
