Technical/Functional Skills The Azure Databricks Developer codes software applications based on business requirements. The Azure databricks Developer work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

The Azure databricks standardizes the quality assurance procedure for software. Oversees testing and debugging and develops fixes. Researches complaints and makes necessary adjustments and/or recommendations to resolve complex software related issues.

Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.

PostgreSQL Developer

Must-Have

Experience with Oracle-to-PostgreSQL migration including schema, data, and PL/SQL to PL/pgSQL conversion.

Strong knowledge of data type mapping, indexing strategies, and query optimization in PostgreSQL.

Familiarity with PostgreSQL performance tuning, vacuuming, and query planner analysis.

Understanding of PostgreSQL architecture, replication, and transaction management differences from Oracle.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation for database deployments.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot migration issues.
