Job Description

As an experienced AEM Admin DevOps Engineer, your role involves managing and maintaining the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform (KWCMS) while supporting DevOps practices to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable application delivery across multiple environments. Your responsibilities include:

  • Administering and maintaining AEM Author and Publish environments for optimal performance and stability.
  • Managing users, roles, permissions, and access control within the AEM platform.
  • Handling package creation, deployment, and environment configuration across development, staging, and production environments.
  • Performing AEM upgrades, patching, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
  • Collaborating with development teams to manage dispatcher configuration and cache management.
  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Configuring and managing Jenkins jobs for build automation and release management.
  • Monitoring system health, logs, and performance metrics to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Supporting containerization and orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes (good to have).
  • Ensuring application security, stability, and compliance across all environments.

Qualifications Required:

  • 6-9 years of experience in AEM administration and DevOps practices.
  • Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Author and Publish environments.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
  • Knowledge of AEM package management, deployments, and workplace configuration.
  • Experience in performance tuning, upgrades, and troubleshooting of AEM environments.
  • Familiarity with dispatcher configuration and cache management.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and automation tools.
  • Experience with monitoring tools, log analysis, and system performance management.
  • Basic knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
