Role Description The Sales Lead – PEB Industry is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for driving sales growth for pre-engineered building solutions. This position involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and developing long-term relationships with industrial and commercial clients. The Sales Lead will conduct site visits, prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and coordinate closely with design, engineering, and project execution teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Daily activities include market research in the PEB and infrastructure segment, maintaining accurate sales reporting, and contributing to sales strategies and forecasts. The role also includes mentoring and guiding junior sales team members, supporting training initiatives, and representing the company at industry events and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams and to deliver a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to generate leads, convert opportunities, manage pipelines, and achieve revenue targets in the PEB or infrastructure industry.
• Candidates should possess Training and coaching abilities to support the development of sales team members and promote best practices in consultative selling.
• Relevant experience in the PEB, construction, infrastructure, or engineering sector, with the ability to understand technical drawings and specifications, is highly beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Indore, travel to client locations as required, and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
