Role Overview:
As a Team Administrator at Standard Chartered, you will play a crucial role in optimizing executive time, enhancing team efficiency, and maintaining a well-organized work environment. Your responsibilities will include providing executive support, managing complex calendars, coordinating IT assets, and ensuring adherence to information security and compliance policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Executive Support by managing complex calendars across time zones.
- Act as a gatekeeper for meeting requests and optimize executive time.
- Manage team administration responsibilities including coordinating IT assets and onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding logistics for new joiners and support offboarding processes.
- Maintain joiner-mover-leaver (JML) checklists and trackers.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Complete mandatory trainings within stipulated times.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Diploma or certification in Office Management or Administrative Services (Preferred but not mandatory).
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in English.
- Software Skills: Python, R.
- Strong communication skills.
