Role Overview:

As a Team Administrator at Standard Chartered, you will play a crucial role in optimizing executive time, enhancing team efficiency, and maintaining a well-organized work environment. Your responsibilities will include providing executive support, managing complex calendars, coordinating IT assets, and ensuring adherence to information security and compliance policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Executive Support by managing complex calendars across time zones.
  • Act as a gatekeeper for meeting requests and optimize executive time.
  • Manage team administration responsibilities including coordinating IT assets and onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding logistics for new joiners and support offboarding processes.
  • Maintain joiner-mover-leaver (JML) checklists and trackers.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Complete mandatory trainings within stipulated times.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Diploma or certification in Office Management or Administrative Services (Preferred but not mandatory).
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Software Skills: Python, R.
  • Strong communication skills.
