We’re looking for a detail-obsessed Talent Acquisition Support Specialist to join our TA team temporarily (3–6 months, with potential to go permanent for the right person). You’ll be the reliable backbone supporting recruiters across the company—publishing job postings, managing our shared inbox, troubleshooting Indeed campaigns, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. If you thrive on fast turnarounds, clean processes, and being the person everyone can count on, this role is built for you. This is a temporary role (3–6 months) with potential to transition to permanent based on fit and business needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Publish and edit job postings using pre-built templates, ensuring brand compliance and accuracy
- Monitor and respond to the AskTalentAcquisition inbox—field teams rely on you for fast answers
- Support Indeed Sponsored and Boosted Ads, troubleshoot job board access, and assist with Sense referrals
- Audit active job postings weekly to catch duplicates and aged content
- Flag expiring postings to keep recruiters compliant with internal standards
- Provide friendly, clear guidance on recruiting tools
- Meet a 1-business-day response time—you’re fast, but you don’t miss details
You Bring:
- 2–3 years in marketing, communications, recruiting, or operations support
- Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for consistency
- Experience with ATS platforms, recruitment workflows, or job board management
- Ability to juggle requests, prioritize, and stay organized under pressure
- Customer service mindset—you genuinely want to help people solve problems
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms quickly
