Job Description
We are looking for a strong Technical recruiter with minimum of 7-10 years experience and exceptional communication skills. Only candidates who have a demonstrated lead recruiter experience will be considered
Mandatory skillsets:
ATS management – Exceptional skills in ensuring in clean status in ATS & handling. Experience in SAP Success factors is an added advantage
AI tool usage – Experience in leveraging AI tools with ATS to screen candidates
External agencies – Manage to coordinate and give fast feedback to recruitment agencies
Hiring manger feedback – Able to understand and incorporate given feedback from hiring managers in screening and incorporate into hiring process effectively
Strong background in Tech recruiting
We prefer candidates from well established global companies where they have worked with global leaders in scaling deep-tech recruiting while managing different stakeholder’s expectations.
