About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Aero Structural Lead – UAV to lead the design,

development, and validation of advanced UAV aerostructures. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring structural integrity, weight optimization, and innovation across UAV programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, analysis, and validation of UAV aerostructures
• Ensure structural integrity, durability, and weight optimization of aerospace components
• Collaborate closely with aerodynamics, propulsion, avionics, and manufacturing teams
• Drive material selection, structural certification, and compliance activities
• Mentor and guide engineering teams while promoting innovation and best practices
• Support advanced manufacturing and composite structure development initiatives

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in structural design and analysis within the aerospace industry
• Expertise in composite and metallic structures, advanced manufacturing processes, and structural analysis
• Hands-on experience with CATIA, Siemens NX, ANSYS, NASTRAN, and Fibersim
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working on UAV programs
• Knowledge of additive manufacturing technologies
• Passion for aerospace innovation and emerging aviation technologies
