Job Title: Recruiter Volume Hiring

We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter with strong experience in volume hiring. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling high-volume mandates and delivering within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk/volume hiring requirements
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and vendor partners
• Screen and shortlist candidates as per business requirements
• Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth hiring process
• Ensure strong follow-ups to drive offer to joining ratio
• Collaborate with hiring managers for requirement understanding
• Maintain recruitment trackers, pipeline, and reports

Requirements

• 15 years of experience in volume/bulk hiring
• Experience in hiring for Sales/Operations roles preferred
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Good communication skills

Working Days: 6 Days Working

Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
