Job Title: Recruiter Volume Hiring
We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter with strong experience in volume hiring. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling high-volume mandates and delivering within tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk/volume hiring requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and vendor partners
- Screen and shortlist candidates as per business requirements
- Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth hiring process
- Ensure strong follow-ups to drive offer to joining ratio
- Collaborate with hiring managers for requirement understanding
- Maintain recruitment trackers, pipeline, and reports
Requirements
- 15 years of experience in volume/bulk hiring
- Experience in hiring for Sales/Operations roles preferred
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Good communication skills
