In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-based web applications and mobile apps (iOS and Android) that integrate with specialized hardware systems. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, cloud-based web applications and mobile apps for iOS and Android.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
• Design, enhance, test, and maintain scalable cloud applications and supporting workflows.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in cloud infrastructure and services to ensure reliability and uptime.
• Ensure cross-platform optimization and mobile responsiveness.
• Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and version control processes.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Work in an Agile development environment with regular sprint cycles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in app (iOS & Android) and cloud-connected application development.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or similar).
• Strong experience in mobile app development (Swift/Objective-C for iOS, Kotlin/Java for Android).
• Experience with cross-platform mobile app development using frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or similar.
• Working knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js or similar.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, Firebase, MongoDB).
• Understanding of Bluetooth and USB communication protocols is an asset.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and IoT systems preferred.
• Knowledge of security best practices in mobile and web application development.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control tools such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple projects.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
