Our website is the digital front door to the world's leading AI advertising and orchestration platform, and we need to ensure it is always accurate, fresh, and operating flawlessly.
As our Web Specialist, you will solve the critical challenge of scaling our digital presence securely and efficiently by managing a heavy volume of web requests and cross-functional updates.

What You'll Be Doing

- Manage multilingual workflows and translation coordination for regional teams, ensuring international content moves efficiently through review, approval, and publishing so our global audience receives a localized experience.
- Coordinate project timelines, approvals, and stakeholder communication to eliminate operational bottlenecks and keep high-priority web projects moving forward.
- Work closely with designers and developers to ensure website projects are delivered on time and meet our strict quality standards.
- Contribute to web content creation, editing, SEO initiatives, governance documentation, and operational consistency across the website, so our digital voice remains unified and clear across every page.
Leverage AI tools and workflows to improve efficiency, streamline operational processes, and increase the team’s ability to scale website initiatives.

- Has strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Communicates effectively and can coordinate work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Is comfortable working with project plans, timelines, approvals, and task management workflows.
- Has strong writing and editing skills, with an interest in developing expertise in web content, SEO, and content strategy.
- Knows about, and is excited to dive into AI tools and technologies to build efficient and scalable processes.
- Is eager to learn about web operations, user experience, SEO, and website performance.
- Can work independently while knowing when to escalate issues or ask for support.
