Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team out of. This position involves supporting various operational tasks across our facilities, assisting with physical labor, and ensuring smooth workflow in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is physically fit, eager to learn, and committed to maintaining safety and efficiency on the job site. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced setting while contributing to the success of our projects. MUST BE WILLING TO WORK OUT OF TOWN ON ROTATION SCHEDULE.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Support the setup and cleanup of work areas to ensure safety and organization
- Perform general physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items throughout the site
- Help with site maintenance including cleaning, organizing tools, and disposing of waste materials
- Support team members with various tasks to facilitate project progress
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment
- Report any hazards or issues to supervisors promptly
- Must have valid drivers license
Experience
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or general labor is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and teamwork
- Basic understanding of workplace safety practices is advantageous
- Must be able to follow instructions carefully and work effectively as part of a team
Pay: $17.20-$29.07 per hour
