Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for lead generation, qualification, and opportunity creation in the early sales cycle.
US Market SDR: Handling US-based international clients
Domestic SDR: Handling Indian B2B clients
Strong English communication & presentation skills are mandatory
Client interactions via virtual meetings & online demos
Key Responsibilities
Lead generation via calls, emails, LinkedIn & outbound prospecting
Cold calling & discovery calls
Understanding client pain points & pitching SaaS solutions
Scheduling qualified demos & meetings
Delivering virtual product presentations
CRM management (HubSpot / Salesforce / similar)
Achieving monthly & quarterly sales KPIs
Market research & competitor analysis
Required Skills & Qualifications
15 years of experience in SDR / BDR / Sales (International or Domestic B2B)
Excellent spoken & written English
Strong cold calling & outbound sales exposure
Hands-on experience with CRM & LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Confident, professional & client-facing personality
US Market candidates must be comfortable with US time zones
Preferred Skills
Experience in SaaS / HR Tech / IT Software Sales
Understanding of US buyer personas & business culture
Startup exposure is a plus
