Key ResponsibilitiesClinical & Hospital Administration
- Oversee day-to-day hospital operations and clinical services.
- Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and medical ethics.
- Monitor OPD, IPD, emergency, ICU, OT, and other hospital services.
- Coordinate with department heads for efficient workflow.
Medical Staff Management
- Supervise doctors, consultants, residents, nursing, and paramedical staff.
- Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate staffing.
- Conduct performance reviews and recommend training programs.
- Resolve conflicts related to clinical operations.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with NABH, NMC, biomedical waste, and other healthcare regulations.
- Implement quality improvement and infection control programs.
- Monitor medico-legal cases and clinical documentation standards.
- Conduct audits and inspections.
Patient Care & Safety
- Handle patient grievances and ensure timely resolution.
- Promote patient satisfaction initiatives.
- Monitor adverse events and implement corrective actions.
Policy & Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement hospital policies and SOPs.
- Participate in budgeting and resource planning.
- Support hospital accreditation and expansion activities.
Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external agencies.
- Conduct medical board meetings and clinical committee reviews.
- Prepare operational and clinical reports for management.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
