Role Overview

We're looking for a Lead Copywriter who can own the written word across every client touchpoint from a punchy social caption to a full-funnel campaign narrative. You'll lead a small team of writers, collaborate with designers and strategists, and be the creative force behind some of our most exciting briefs.

What You'll Do

• Lead concept and copy development for multi-platform digital campaigns
• Write across formats — social media, digital ads, emailers, landing pages, video scripts, blogs, and long-form content
• Define and maintain brand voice and tone guidelines for client accounts
• Review, edit, and elevate copy produced by junior team members
• Present creative concepts to clients with clarity and confidence
• Partner with design, strategy, and account teams to bring integrated ideas to life
• Ensure all copy meets SEO, platform, and performance requirements

What We're Looking For

• 4–7 years of copywriting experience, ideally at a digital marketing or advertising agency
• A strong portfolio spanning campaigns, brand work, and varied content formats
• Fluency in English; working knowledge of Hindi or Marathi is a plus
• Experience mentoring or managing junior writers
• A sharp eye for detail, tone, and brand consistency
• Comfortable working across multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously

Bonus Points

• Experience with D2C, EdTech, FMCG, or B2B SaaS clients
• Understanding of SEO and performance content principles
• Knowledge of current social media trends and formats
