Job Summary

Sree Gokulam Speed and Safe Courier Service is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Loading Executive to manage the efficient loading and unloading of courier consignments. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate handling, sorting, and dispatch of shipments while maintaining safety standards and supporting smooth warehouse operations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Load and unload courier parcels, consignments, and packages safely and efficiently.
• Verify shipment details against manifests, invoices, and loading lists before dispatch.
• Ensure proper segregation, stacking, and arrangement of parcels based on destination and delivery routes.
• Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and transportation teams for timely dispatch.
• Inspect packages for damages and immediately report any discrepancies or shortages.
• Maintain accurate records of loaded and dispatched consignments.
• Ensure all shipments are loaded according to company procedures and safety guidelines.
• Assist in organizing the loading area to maintain cleanliness and operational efficiency.
• Support inventory movement and stock handling within the warehouse.
• Ensure timely loading of vehicles to avoid dispatch delays.
• Follow workplace safety regulations while handling heavy packages and equipment.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding operational issues and daily loading status.
• Assist in other warehouse and logistics activities as assigned by the Operations Manager.

• Graduation in any discipline.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in logistics, courier, warehouse, or loading operations will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
