Client Success Portfolio Manager / Account Manager

Construction ERP SaaS | Existing Client Portfolio | Ontario Only

SRA Staffing is hiring a Client Success Portfolio Manager / Account Manager for a fast-growing software company in the construction ERP space.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys owning client relationships, running structured customer touchpoints, identifying retention risks, and helping existing customers get more value from a software platform.

This is not a pure support role and not a net-new hunter sales role. It sits in the middle of customer success, account management, retention, and back-to-base expansion.

What You’ll Own

You’ll manage an existing portfolio of approximately 100 client accounts, with a focus on:

  • Building strong long-term client relationships
  • Running regular customer check-ins and QBRs
  • Identifying adoption gaps, retention risks, and expansion opportunities
  • Helping clients understand additional features, modules, integrations, and platform value
  • Working with finance, accounting, project management, and operational stakeholders
  • Partnering with internal teams across Support, Implementation, Sales, and Product

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Success, or Relationship Management
  • SaaS/software experience
  • Strong organization and follow-up across a client portfolio
  • Comfort discussing retention, adoption, customer value, and expansion
  • Ability to speak professionally with business users, finance teams, and senior stakeholders
  • Experience with ERP, accounting software, construction software, or business applications is a strong asset

Compensation / Location

  • Approx. $80K base salary
  • Expected total compensation around $95K-$100K
  • Remote day-to-day
  • Ontario-based candidates only
  • GTA strongly preferred
  • Broader Ontario may be considered if travel to the GTA for occasional meetings is realistic
