Healthcare Specialist

Role Description This full-time, on-site Healthcare Specialist role is based in Deoghar and involves delivering direct, high-quality patient care within a clinical or emergency care setting. The Healthcare Specialist will assess patient conditions, coordinate with medical professionals, and support diagnostic and treatment procedures. Responsibilities include monitoring patient status, documenting care accurately, and ensuring adherence to safety, hygiene, and healthcare protocols. The role also involves educating patients and families about care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and participating in ongoing training and quality improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Medicine and Healthcare, with the ability to apply clinical knowledge in patient care settings.
• Experience or certification as an EMT, with skills in emergency response, basic life support, and patient stabilization.
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams, including clear documentation.
• Ability to deliver and participate in Training, including patient education and continuous professional development.
• Relevant diploma or degree in nursing, paramedical sciences, or a related healthcare field.
• Knowledge of local healthcare regulations, infection control, and safety standards.
• Capacity to work on-site in Deoghar with flexibility for shift-based duties, including weekends or holidays as needed.
• Demonstrated empathy, attention to detail, and ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
