Role Description

We seek enthusiastic candidates for our Senior Mobile Automation Engineer position (5 to10 years experience). This hands-on role focuses on mobile test automation using Appium for Android/iOS apps, framework design, API testing, and CI/CD integration. You'll lead junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and ensure high-quality releases.

This initiative focuses on transforming manual testing efforts into a high-efficiency AI-powered automation suite. The framework will leverage AI-driven capabilities to generate manual test cases and automate testing workflows. We are looking for professionals who have strong automation expertise along with familiarity with AI agents and prompt engineering concepts.

Location: Pune (Hybrid – Mon, Wed, Fri office days).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, QA, and stakeholders to analyze requirements and create test scenarios.
• Design/maintain mobile automation frameworks with Appium; script UI/API tests for Android/iOS.
• Convert manual tests to automated suites; integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
• Review team scripts, execute tests, document results, log defects, and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform regression testing and support holistic release testing.

Requirements

Education: BE/B.Tech/MTech/MCS (Computer Science).

Must-Have Skills:

• OOP concepts; programming in Java/JavaScript/Python.
• Familiarity with AI agents and Prompt Engineering is a MUST
• Appium for mobile automation (Android/iOS); BDD tools like Cucumber.
• Agile/Scrum; mobile device farms/cloud testing.
• SQL, JSON/XML, HTML/CSS/JS basics; CI/CD integration.

Nice-to-Have: ISTQB certification; AI/prompt engineering familiarity.
