Role Description:
Industrial Sales Manager will lead and grow Splashjet Inks industrial sales portfolio across target markets and applications.
The role includes developing and executing sales strategies, setting targets, and driving revenue growth for industrial segments and other inkjet-based applications.
To manage key accounts and distribution partners, oversee contract negotiations, and ensure strong customer relationships through regular visits, reviews, and solution-focused engagement.
Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and mentoring the sales team, monitoring performance metrics, forecasting demand, and aligning sales activities with production, marketing, and technical teams.
The role also involves market analysis, identifying new opportunities, contributing to pricing and product positioning, and representing Splashjet at industry events and customer demonstrations.
Flexibility in travel as needed, and working from the Nagpur location on-site.

Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to drive industrial segment growth,
Set and achieve targets, and manage sales pipelines effectively.
Team Management and leadership abilities to build and motivate a high-performing industrial sales team.
CRM skills to Manage key accounts, and support long-term partnerships.
Analytical Skills to interpret market trends, sales data, and customer insights
Experience in B2B or industrial sales, preferably in inkjet inks, printing, chemicals, or related manufacturing industries.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical and operations teams.
Bachelors degree in Business or a related field; an MBA or equivalent business qualification is an advantage.
