Role Description The Production Shift Incharge will oversee day-to-day production activities on the shop floor, ensuring that CNC tooling and related components are manufactured to quality, safety, and delivery standards. Responsibilities include planning and allocating work for the shift, monitoring machine operations, coordinating with maintenance and quality teams, and managing shift resources to meet production targets. The role involves supervising shift personnel, maintaining production records, addressing workflow issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in line with company procedures. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru, requiring regular interaction with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth and efficient production.

Qualifications

• Strong production supervision and shop-floor management skills, including shift planning, resource allocation, and workflow monitoring.
• Experience with CNC machines, tooling processes, and basic mechanical or manufacturing engineering principles.
• Knowledge of quality control practices, ISO standards, and adherence to safety and compliance requirements.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams, manage performance, and communicate clearly with operators, engineers, and management.
• Competence in using production reporting tools, basic MS Office applications, and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Relevant technical diploma or degree in Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• Prior experience in a precision engineering or machine tools manufacturing environment is highly beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to work in a structured, process-driven environment.
