Spectrum Health Care seeks a dedicated HR Coordinator in Mississauga to enhance HR operations and support the team. This full-time role emphasizes new hire coordination and HR administration.
As a passionate HR professional at Spectrum Health Care, you will be instrumental in daily HR functions, assisting with leave administration and managing employee records. You will liaise with Finance and IT on employee changes, as well as organize training-related administration. This position requires a proactive approach to enhance HR programs and ensure accurate data handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all onboarding paperwork for new hires
- Manage HR operations like leave administration and employment letters
- Input and maintain employee data in HRIS accurately
- Liaise with Finance for payroll and employee changes
- Organize orientation sessions for new employees
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree in Human Resources Management
- 1-2 years of HR administrative experience
- CHRP in progress or completed preferred
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
