Role Description The Sales Marketing Executive will work on-site in Nagpur in a full-time capacity, driving business growth and brand visibility for the agency.

Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting market outreach, and building relationships with clients and media partners. The role involves developing and presenting marketing proposals, coordinating with internal creative and production teams, and supporting campaigns across print, events, and outdoor media.

The Sales Marketing

Executive will also track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide feedback on market trends to inform future strategies.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to develop effective campaigns and sales strategies.
• Candidates should possess solid Market Research skills to analyze industry trends, target audiences, and competitor activities.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills to generate leads, close deals, and meet revenue targets.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact with clients, negotiate, and collaborate with internal teams.
• Relevant experience in advertising, media, or events is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Nagpur, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
