About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join our Global Network Engineering team. This role is responsible for the design, implementation, optimization, and support of enterprise network infrastructure across global environments, including Data Center networks, Campus LAN, Wireless networks, SD-WAN, and advanced IP services.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in network architecture, technology upgrades, and global infrastructure projects, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability across the organization’s network systems.

This is an individual contributor role working closely with global IT teams including datacenter, cloud, security, and application teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Network Architecture & Design

l Design and develop enterprise network architecture for global environments.

l Create and maintain High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.

l Ensure network designs align with enterprise standards, security requirements, and scalability needs.

Project Leadership

l Lead global network projects end-to-end including upgrades and technology implementations.

l Drive improvements in network performance, scalability, and reliability.

Network Implementation & Deployment

l Install, configure, and upgrade network infrastructure components including:

• Enterprise switches
• Wireless controllers and access points
• Data center networking equipment
• WAN and SD-WAN solutions

l Support lifecycle management and modernization of network infrastructure.

Network Operations & Performance

l Monitor and analyze network performance, availability, and capacity.

l Perform network assessments, identify technology gaps, and recommend improvements.

l Troubleshoot complex LAN, WAN, and wireless network issues across enterprise environments.

Monitoring & Troubleshooting

l Utilize network monitoring and diagnostic tools to identify faults and performance issues.

l Provide advanced troubleshooting expertise for network outages and incidents.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

l Work closely with:

• Data Center and Infrastructure teams
• Cloud Engineering teams
• Security teams
• Unified Communications teams
• Application teams

l Deliver network solutions supporting enterprise systems and digital transformation initiatives.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

l Maintain accurate network diagrams, documentation, and operational procedures.

l Provide technical guidance and support to Network Operations teams.

Required Qualifications

l 8-12 years of experience in Network Engineering

l Experience supporting enterprise or global network infrastructure

l Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale network environments

Strong technical expertise in :

Networking Technologies

• Campus LAN and Wireless networks
• Data Center Networking
• WAN and SD-WAN architectures
• MPLS and Ethernet

Protocols & Networking Concepts

• IP protocols (TCP, UDP, ICMP)
• Routing protocols (BGP, OSPF)
• Quality of Service (QoS)
• IP filtering and firewalling

Network Platforms

• Cisco networking solutions
• Aruba networking solutions

Certifications

• Cisco CCNP – Required
• Cisco CCIE – Preferred

Additional Skills:

• Strong enterprise network troubleshooting skills
• Experience working with large global organizations
• Strong documentation and technical communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively in multicultural, global teams
• Proficiency in English communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SD-WAN deployments
• Exposure to cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with enterprise network monitoring tools
• Experience leading network modernization or transformation project

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
