What Are We Looking For?
We're looking for an Associate Customer Success Advocate (CSA) to support our growing customer base through a one-to-many, scaled engagement model. This is an entry-level to early-career role designed for someone who enjoys working with technology, data, and customers—and wants to build a strong foundation in Customer Success within a SaaS environment.
In this role, you'll manage a large portfolio of long-tail customers, ensuring they stay informed, engaged, and on track throughout their lifecycle. You'll execute proactive communication programs, maintain clean and reliable customer data, and play a key role in identifying growth opportunities that support retention and expansion. You'll also collaborate closely with Customer Success, Technical Support, and other internal teams to ensure customers receive the right help at the right time.

Here's What You'll Be Doing
Customer Management (One-to-Many)
- Manage a high-volume portfolio of long-tail customer accounts using a scaled engagement model
- Execute proactive outreach programs, including newsletters, in-product messaging, and lifecycle email campaigns
- Ensure customers receive relevant technical and educational resources aligned to onboarding, training, adoption milestones, and renewal timelines
- Maintain full ownership of CRM data accuracy, keeping account status, contacts, and health indicators up to date
Commercial Execution & Lead Advocacy
- Monitor product usage, engagement signals, and health indicators to identify potential expansion or upsell opportunities
- Route qualified leads to Customer Success Managers (CSMs) or leadership using defined workflows and tools
- Provide supporting documentation and account insights to assist with larger renewals or commercial conver
