Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of premium modular and space-saving furniture, specializing in custom residential interiors, smart furniture solutions, and export-quality furniture products. We are looking for an experienced Factory Operations Manager who can independently manage our manufacturing facility and ensure timely, high-quality project execution.

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Factory Operations Manager who will take complete ownership of our factory operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating and managing the entire production process—from order receipt to dispatch—while ensuring quality, productivity, cost control and timely delivery.

The role requires a strong leader who can build systems, manage teams, solve production challenges, and continuously improve factory efficiency.

This position reports directly to the Managing Director and is expected to independently run the day-to-day factory operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning & Execution

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans.
• Allocate jobs based on machine capacity and manpower availability.
• Ensure all customer orders are completed within committed timelines.
• Monitor production progress and resolve bottlenecks.
• Improve production efficiency and throughput.

Technical Knowledge

Candidate should have experience with:

• Modular furniture manufacturing
• CNC machines
• Beam Saw
• Edge Banding Machines
• Panel Saw
• Multi-boring Machines
• AutoCAD drawings
• Cutlist optimization
• ERP/MRP systems
• Excel and production reporting

Experience

• 8–15 years of experience in modular furniture manufacturing.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing factory operations.
• Experience handling teams of 40–100 employees.
• Experience in custom furniture, interiors or modular manufacturing preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
