Service and Delivery Technician

Overview

We're looking for a person to join our team as a Service and Delivery Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering, installing, and repairing hot tubs, saunas and pools . Knowledge of electrical theory, plumbing, and field service skills are an asset.

Duties

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport Hot Tubs, Sauna and pool equipment to customer locations.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Hot Tubs, Sauna and pool equipment
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and mechanical drawings to diagnose issues accurately.
• Conduct on-site service calls to repair or assemble Hot Tubs, Sauna and pool equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
• Communicate clearly with customers to explain repairs or installation procedures and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain detailed records of service activities, parts used, and diagnostics performed for each job.

Experience

• Mechanical knowledge combined with electrical and plumbing experience to troubleshoot systems effectively.
• Delivery driver experience with a valid license for operating light duty trucks and trailers.
• Familiarity with schematics, technical manuals, and assembly instructions is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 48 per week
