Job Description

Key Accounts ManagerAs a single window to the customer, Lead and drive the growth of the company by retaining key customers Ensure orders are regularly coming from existing customersDo business analysis customer wise and corrections are taken wherever required and present to managementAttend ad-hoc/contract RFQs as per deadline and submit the rates by effectively analysing market rates and competition. Participate in negotiations and close biddings.Enquiry tracker is maintained and analysed to evaluate enquiry to order relaisation ratio and presented to managementEnsure receivables are in line with contract terms.Support credit control team in case of billing and reconciliaton issuesEnsure valid contract agreements are in place in time with all relevnt commercialsAddress customer concerns/complaints from time to time so as to see the business is not impactedVisit every customers once in a month or as and when required and ensure hughest level of customer relationship is achieved and there by long term customer retentionCandidate ProfileEducational qualification - Any GraduateExperience - 8 to 10 years of core experience in PAN INDIA transportation industry handling Key Accounts.Skills required -Good knowledge of operational integration, Customer orientation, ERP, MS Excel and very good communication skill.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
