Regional Manager - Sales & Operations1Business Development : Initiate and develop new customers with focus on long term business and profitability in the assigned territories.2Branch management : Ensure the assigned branches and it's aoperation running smoothly and meeting the targets set for. Ensure all the branches comply with system and policies of the company.3Sales Management: Ensure daily orders from the existing customers are met through multiple branches under the region assigned, including timely vehicle placement, delivery, customer's issue management.4Customer Service : Highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved through efficient service levels, communication and visit. Build a strong business relationship with the customers. 5Fleet Management - Ensure the company fleet allocated to the branches are utilsed without idle period.6Payment collection : Play an important role in the timely collection of payments. Support HO credit control team in reconciling the accounts. 7Cost management - Responsible fo the overall profitablity of the assigned branches. Initiate cost reduction opportunities. This can involve identifying new cost effective vendors.8Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) New business, Growth, Order fulfillment, On time vehicle placement, customer satisfaction and SLAs. Present the same to the management every month / as and when required. Use data analytics to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives.9Compliance and Safety: Ensure strict adherence to all local and national transportation laws, safety regulations and customer policies. Candidate ProfileAEducational qualification - Any Graduate. Additional qualification in transporation / logistics is prefererd.BExperience - 12 to 15 years of core experience in transportation business handling varied industries. People working with reputed national level transporation companies are welcome. CSkills required - Effective growth facilitator, People management, adeqaute understandng of operational integration, HIghly Customer oriented, understanding of Systems and good verbal and written communication skill.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
