Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales

Job description

We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team! If you have proven experience providing excellent customer service and are passionate about building and maintaining strong customer relationships in the metalworking tool and machine tool accessory space, please send us your resume!

What you will do:

• Determine customer requirements and quote and/or order product based on their requirement(s).
• Check stock based on customer inquiries and quote alternative product if desired product is out of stock.
• Enter customer orders.
• Source product to quote and order.
• Support field sales representatives.
• Take on and resolve customer concerns in an efficient and effective manner.
• Manage large amounts of incoming calls and emails.

Pay: Up to $50,000.00 per year
