Behaviour Therapist

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioural assessments and develop individualized intervention plans.
• Deliver one-on-one behavioural therapy sessions.
• Implement behaviour modification strategies and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, and families.
• Train parents and caregivers on behaviour management techniques.
• Maintain clinical documentation and therapy reports.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and treatment planning.

Qualifications

• M.Sc. in Psychology.
• M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology or Rehabilitation Psychology.
• RCI Registration preferred.
• Freshers and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, developmental delays, or learning disabilities.
• Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Empathetic, patient, and passionate about improving children's lives.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
