Job Description

We are seeking a skilled PHP Developer with 3–5 years of strong experience in Laravel and modern web technologies, along with hands-on exposure to React and AI-integrated systems. This role is ideal for someone who understands scalable system architecture, API-first development, performance optimization, and how to integrate AI capabilities into real-world applications.

You will work on SaaS platforms, automation systems, dashboards, and AI-powered features that require both backend robustness and responsive frontend experiences.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable web applications using Laravel with clean architecture principles.
• Build dynamic and responsive frontend interfaces using React.
• Design and implement RESTful and API-first systems for web, mobile, and third-party integrations.
• Integrate AI-powered features such as chatbots, AI content processing, recommendation systems, or workflow automation using APIs like OpenAI or similar platforms.
• Develop secure authentication systems including JWT, OAuth, and role-based access control.
• Optimize performance using Redis caching, query optimization, and queue systems.
• Design efficient MySQL database schemas with indexing and performance tuning best practices.
• Implement secure coding standards including input validation, API security, data encryption, and protection against OWASP vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, project managers, and DevOps teams to deliver production-ready releases.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following PSR standards.
• Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives.
• Use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT responsibly to improve development efficiency.
• Deploy and manage applications in cloud or VPS environments with proper workplace configuration.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues in staging and production environments.
• Communicate with clients to understand requirements and propose scalable, AI-ready solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on PHP development experience with at least 2–3 years focused on Laravel.
• Strong experience building frontend applications using React.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and API security best practices.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL database design and optimization.
• Experience with Redis or similar caching systems.
• Hands-on experience integrating third-party APIs, including AI or automation services.
• Strong understanding of web security fundamentals and secure development practices.
• Proficiency in Git and cooperative development workflows.
• Experience with Linux-based server environments and deployment processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-have experience:

• Experience building SaaS or multi-tenant applications.
• Knowledge of Docker and containerized deployment workflows.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar tools.
• Experience with background job processing and queue management systems.
• Experience building AI-driven dashboards, automation tools, or intelligent workflow systems.
