Location: Gurgaon (On-site / Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full-Time | Internship (4–6 months) with potential full-time conversion

We are looking for a highly capable early-stage developer / Founding Engineer, highly capable hands-on, early-stage builders and high ownership engineers, who can work directly with the founders & working to build a real-world technology platform from prototype to market-ready product and contribute meaningfully to building a production-grade system — not just assist or learn.

This role is for individuals who have already built multiple real projects and are comfortable working on live product systems.

This is a rare 0→1 founding role for serious candidates who can build, solve problems, and ship real outcomes in a fast-moving start-up environment, and shape core technology from the ground up.

What You’ll Work On

• Work directly with the founders and lead engineering team on execution
• Take existing working prototype and convert it into a polished, production-ready product
• Build and ship real product features across frontend and backend, mobile readiness, and cloud infrastructure
• Build scalable backend systems, APIs, workflows, and integrations
• Work on APIs, integrations, and live system workflows
• Prepare the system for Android / iOS launch readiness
• Implement strong authentication, security, and access controls
• Set up, migrate and manage deployment environments (AWS / Supabase / equivalent)
• Build clean engineering workflows, version control, and long-term maintainability
• Debug real production issues and contribute to system stability
• Support feature launches, improvements, and product rollouts
• Improve speed, performance, stability, and reliability of the platform
• Work directly with founders on product decisions, prioritization, and execution roadmap

What We Need

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Strong full-stack engineering & coding ability with builder and ownership mindset
• Proven experience shipping real products end-to-end
• Strong frontend/product build capability (React / React Native / Flutter or similar)
• Strong backend development experience (Node.js or similar)
• Good hands-on experience with JavaScript / modern web technologies
• Experience with APIs, databases, cloud deployment, and production systems
• Familiarity with Git / version control
• Ability to work fast, solve problems, and make decisions independently
• Comfortable improving existing systems and rebuilding where needed

• People not coding / Pure managers / candidates with only theoretical knowledge
• Narrow frontend-only or backend-only profiles
• Candidates who need large teams or heavy structure

Compensation

₹15,000 – ₹60,000/month depending on right capabilities and experience
