Project Engineer – ELV / IT / Network / Server Room Projects

• Role Overview We are recruiting a Project Engineer – ELV / IT / Network / Server Room Projects for infrastructure and technical implementation projects in India. This is a part-time, project-based role focused on the full-process implementation and execution of ELV, IT, network, and server room related projects, including installation coordination, implementation support, site supervision, progress tracking, and delivery follow-up.

The Project

Engineer will work closely with SolutionMall teams, customers, contractors, installers, and local partners to ensure that projects are properly installed, implemented, coordinated, and delivered according to technical requirements, timelines, and site conditions. This role is suitable for candidates with practical experience in project installation, implementation management, on-site coordination, and end-to-end execution in ELV, IT, networking, server room, or related technical infrastructure fields.

• Key Responsibilities Project Installation & Implementation Support ● Support project installation, implementation, and on-site execution for ELV, IT, network, and server room related projects ● Coordinate site activities to ensure installation work is carried out according to technical requirements and project plans ● Assist in supervising implementation quality, installation progress, and coordination between relevant parties ● Help ensure that equipment installation, cabling, system setup, and implementation steps are completed properly and efficiently Full-Process Project Coordination ● Follow the full project lifecycle from early implementation preparation to final delivery support ● Coordinate between customers, local installers, contractors, suppliers, and SolutionMall teams during project execution ● Support scheduling, milestone tracking, implementation planning, and issue follow-up ● Assist in maintaining overall project visibility and execution control throughout the implementation process Site Coordination & Execution Control ● Support on-site coordination when required ● Track site conditions, manpower readiness, installation progress, and project execution risks ● Identify and report issues related to delays, installation quality, technical mismatches, or coordination gaps ● Help ensure that project execution remains aligned with technical requirements and delivery schedules Technical Communication & Project Alignment ● Act as a communication bridge between: ○ Customers ○ Local project teams ○ Contractors / installers ○ SolutionMall technical and project teams ● Support clarification of implementation requirements, technical details, and site execution needs ● Help ensure alignment between project design, supplied equipment, installation work, and final implementation results Project Delivery Support ● Assist in final-stage coordination before project handover ● Support inspection, testing follow-up, implementation checking, and delivery readiness ● Help verify whether installation and execution results meet project requirements ● Support documentation, issue tracking, and coordination during delivery stages Market & Project Feedback ● Provide feedback on local project implementation practices, contractor coordination, and common delivery challenges in India ● Share insights on execution risks, installation issues, and customer-side expectations ● Support continuous improvement of SolutionMall’s project delivery and implementation coordination framework in the India market 4) Qualifications Required ● 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: ○ ELV projects ○ IT infrastructure projects ○ Network implementation projects ○ Server room projects ○ Technical project execution or site coordination ● Practical experience in: ○ installation coordination ○ implementation follow-up ○ on-site project execution ○ progress tracking and project control ● Ability to coordinate execution across customers, contractors, and technical teams ● Ability to understand drawings, project requirements, site issues, and implementation workflows ● Good communication and coordination skills ● Working proficiency in English Preferred Experience ● Experience in weak current systems, IT systems, network systems, server room infrastructure, or related implementation projects ● Experience in cabling, rack installation, network
