Business Development Executive – AI & IT Sales
Location:Gurugram (Work from Office) | Travel Required
About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, confident, and tech-savvy Business Development Executive to join our growing AI & IT consulting team. If you enjoy interacting with clients, conducting online meetings, and converting opportunities into long-term business relationships, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify prospects using Upwork,LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, referrals, and outbound outreach.
- Schedule client meetings using Calendly.
- Conduct professional client meetings over Google Meet.
- Deliver sales presentations and solution demos.
- Understand client requirements and recommend AI, software, website, mobile app, and digital transformation solutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects.
- Maintain CRM records and daily sales activities.
- Travel to client locations for meetings and presentations whenever required.
- Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident in presenting solutions over Google Meet.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Familiarity with Calendly or similar meeting scheduling tools.
- Understanding of AI, IT Services, SaaS, Software Development, or Digital Transformation.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Comfortable travelling for client meetings.
Qualifications
- B.Tech-CS (Preferred)
- MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management (Preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Sales, AI Sales, SaaS Sales, or Business Development.
