Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Eloqua Developer / Marketing Automation Specialist responsible for designing, developing, executing, and optimizing automated B2B marketing campaigns using Oracle Eloqua. The candidate will support demand generation, lead nurturing, CRM integration, and marketing operations by partnering with Marketing, Sales, CRM, and Data teams.

What You Will Do at Sogeti:

Eloqua Campaign Development & Management

  • Design, build, test, deploy, and optimize automated marketing campaigns using Oracle Eloqua.
  • Develop multi-step nurture workflows, triggered communications, and customer engagement journeys using Campaign Canvas and Program Canvas.
  • Manage campaign execution lifecycle including configuration, testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.

Asset Development & Management

  • Create and manage Eloqua assets including:
  • Emails
  • Landing Pages
  • Forms
  • Templates
  • Dynamic Content
  • Personalization components
  • Develop and maintain email and landing page templates using HTML/CSS.

Lead Management & Marketing Automation

  • Implement and maintain lead lifecycle processes including:
  • Lead capture
  • Lead scoring
  • Lead nurturing
  • Lead qualification
  • Lead routing to Sales
  • Configure automation programs to improve demand generation and sales engagement.

CRM Integration & Data Management

  • Support and enhance Eloqua integration with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
  • Configure and troubleshoot CRM synchronization, field mappings, and data flow issues.
  • Ensure seamless lead flow between Eloqua, CRM, and downstream applications.
  • Work with Salesforce objects including Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Campaigns, and Opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain Custom Data Objects (CDOs), data imports, exports, and integrations.

Advanced Eloqua Development

  • Build advanced Eloqua programs and automation workflows.
  • Support Eloqua API-based integrations with CRM and enterprise platforms.
  • Manage Custom Data Object development and complex data-driven automation requirements.
  • Troubleshoot platform, integration, and campaign issues.

Data Segmentation & Analytics

  • Build audience segmentation strategies for targeted campaigns.
  • Maintain data quality, governance, and hygiene within Eloqua.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics including engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Provide reporting insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.

Compliance & Best Practices

  • Ensure marketing automation processes comply with GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, and data privacy requirements.
  • Maintain Eloqua best practices around scalability, security, and platform governance.

What You Will Bring:

  • 3–5+ years of experience with Oracle Eloqua development, administration, or marketing operations.

Strong hands-on experience with:

  • Eloqua Campaign Canvas & Program Canvas
  • Advanced Programs
  • Custom Data Objects (CDOs)
  • Lead Scoring & Lead Management
  • Segmentation & Data Management
  • Email and Landing Page Development
  • CRM Integration (Salesforce preferred)
  • Marketing Automation Operations
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing processes.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
  • Understanding of APIs, integrations, and data synchronization concepts.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights.

Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce Sales Cloud experience.
  • Oracle Eloqua certification.
  • Experience supporting global marketing automation platforms.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) knowledge.
  • Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
