Nursery & Supervisor

• Supervise daily operations of the nursery and greenhouse.
• Manage plant propagation, potting, transplanting, pruning, and dispatch.
• Monitor irrigation, fertigation, and greenhouse climate (temperature, humidity, ventilation, and shading).
• Ensure healthy plant growth through proper crop care and maintenance.
• Identify and control pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies.
• Supervise and allocate daily work to nursery staff and laborers.
• Maintain production, inventory, and dispatch records.
• Ensure availability of nursery materials, fertilizers, pesticides, and consumables.
• Monitor greenhouse equipment, irrigation systems, and infrastructure.
• Maintain high standards of plant quality and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety procedures, and housekeeping standards.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and HR teams to achieve operational targets.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Floriculture, or a related field.
• 0–5 years of experience in nursery, greenhouse, or commercial horticulture operations.
• Strong knowledge of irrigation, fertigation, greenhouse climate control, and crop management.
• Experience in pest and disease management.
• Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to work under production targets and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel and MS Office).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
