Job description
We have an exciting opportunity for ICC Special Inspectors in Phoenix, AZ. ICC inspectors will play a critical role providing clients with detailed inspections of structures throughout the state of Arizona. Operators will be based in Phoenix, but will provide services throughout Arizona including Phoenix, Tucson, Flagstaff, Prescott and Prescott Valley, Yuma and others. If you enjoy a team focused dynamic work environment, an desire for learning new skills, and want to be a key member of our team submit your resume today.
In general the position will be responsible for:
- Field inspections of various structures.
- Record keeping and report writing
- Communication with engineers, contractor, and managers
- Training apprentice inspectors
Education and Certifications:
- ICC certification for reinforced concrete (required), masonry and post tension and others a plus.
- ACI Field Certification
- High School or GED
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, construction management, or related field a bonus
- CWI Certification a bonus
Desired Skills:

- Fluency in construction plan reading
- Building Code knowledge
- Disciplined a self-motivated
- Strong communication skills
- Basic Computer Skills
