Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Video Editor and Social Media Manager. The role involves editing and producing video content for social media platforms, including short-form ads, reels, and other promotional creatives. The Video Editor and Social Media Manager will plan and schedule content calendars, optimize posts for engagement, and monitor performance metrics. Daily tasks include collaborating with the creative team and clients on concepts, applying motion graphics and color grading, adapting content for different formats, and ensuring consistent brand storytelling across channels. The role also involves staying up to date on social media trends and recommending new content ideas that align with client objectives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to enhance visual quality and consistency.
• Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics for creating engaging visual elements.
• Experience managing social media channels, content calendars, and performance analytics.
• Proficiency with industry-standard editing and design software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or equivalents).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) and best practices for video content.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills; prior experience in a creative or agency setting is an advantage.
