- Generate and share medical insights with internal partners, using them to refine strategy and tactics
- Build strong collaborative relationships across Market Access, Medical Information, Clinical Development, Sales, and Marketing
- Contribute to evidence generation projects, real-world evidence studies, and publications supporting the VEXAS disease area
- Support launch readiness through disease education, articulation of unmet need, and evidence generation planning
- Uphold the collaborative culture of Hematology Medical Affairs—one that respects and appreciates every team member while encouraging one another toward excellence and a shared purpose

- Strong scientific and clinical acumen paired with strategic and analytical thinking
- Proven leadership across core Medical Affairs functions, such as evidence generation, publications, medical education, and strategy development
- A collaborative, cross-functional mindset with the motivation to work effectively across all levels of the organization
- A results-driven approach marked by urgency, solution-orientation, and innovation
