Job description

Experience: 3+ years (Pharma industry OSD manufacturing essential)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly/weekly/daily production plans in line with market demand, sales forecast, and available capacity.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, QA, QC, and Production teams for smooth execution of plans.
• Maintain inventory of RM, PM, semi finished, and finished goods as per defined norms.
• Monitor batch scheduling, line loading, and ensure optimum utilization of resources (man, machine, material).
• Track WIP (Work in Progress) and ensure timely availability of materials to avoid line stoppage.
• Prepare MIS reports production vs. plan, inventory levels, material shortages, and capacity utilization.
• Work closely with Supply Chain team to align production with dispatch schedules.
• Participate in ERP transactions related to planning and inventory control.

• In depth understanding of OSD manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of ERP systems
• Ability to coordinate cross functional teams.
• Proactive approach with focus on deadlines and accuracy.
