Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive who can handle inbound & outbound calls, understand client requirements, and convert leads into customers for our business certification services like FSSAI, Trademark, Company Incorporation, GST, ISO, etc.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound & outbound calls with potential clients

Explain services (FSSAI, Trademark, GST, Company Registration, etc.) clearly

Convert leads into sales through effective communication & follow-ups

Maintain strong client relationships until conversion and beyond

Regular follow-up with interested leads

Negotiate pricing and close deals confidently

Assist clients with documentation & onboarding process

Ensure timely payment collection and confirmation

Maintain daily call & sales reports

Required Skills

Strong sales, negotiation & closing skills

Excellent communication skills (Hindi + basic English)

Ability to handle objections and convince clients

Good follow-up and relationship-building ability

Target-oriented mindset

Experience

Minimum 13 years in Sales / Telecalling / Business Consulting

Experience in Legal / Certification / Service-based sales is a plus
