Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Account Executive who has hands-on experience working in a CA firm and can independently handle accounting, taxation, and compliance work.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping

Prepare and file GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)

Handle TDS returns and compliance

Must have practical knowledge of Income Tax filings (ITR)

Must have knowledge of Audit work

Handle litigation-related work (notices, replies, follow-ups)

Work on accounting software like Tally / Busy / other tools

Maintain proper records and ensure timely compliance

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax

Practical experience in ITR filings (mandatory)

Knowledge of Audit processes (mandatory)

Practical exposure to litigation work

Hands-on experience in accounting software (Tally, Busy, etc.)

Good understanding of compliance timelines

Attention to detail and accuracy

Mandatory Requirement:

Minimum 2 years experience in a CA Firm (compulsory)

Candidate must be able to handle work independently

Preferred Candidate Profile:

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter (preferred)

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
