About the Role

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will play a key role in building and evolving modern financial products that power a digital banking experience. You will work across the full product lifecycle, contributing to both mobile applications and backend services, while helping shape product features from concept to deployment. You will collaborate within a cross‑functional Agile team consisting of Product Managers, Product Designers, and Engineers to deliver high‑quality features that meet both customer and business needs. This role involves working with Clojure‑based backend services and React Native mobile applications, building scalable systems while maintaining a strong focus on code quality and continuous delivery.

Responsibilities

• Implement new product features and enhancements across mobile and backend services
• Contribute to the end‑to‑end product development lifecycle, from design through deployment and iteration
• Build and maintain backend services using Clojure
• Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript
• Work within a continuous delivery environment, ensuring reliable and frequent releases
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers in an Agile cross‑functional team
• Contribute to shaping the product vision and technical direction
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code while balancing engineering quality with pragmatic delivery
• Participate in pair programming, code reviews, and collaborative design discussions
• Support the team in maintaining a transparent, inclusive, and non‑hierarchical engineering culture

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 3+ years of experience developing backend services using Clojure
• 2+ years of experience developing mobile applications using React Native
• 2+ years of experience working with TypeScript
• Strong experience working across full stack application development
• Experience working within Agile product teams, collaborating closely with Product Managers and Designers
• Experience working in continuous delivery environments
• Strong focus on writing high‑quality, maintainable code

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Kafka for event‑driven architectures
• Experience working with Docker and containerised environments
• Experience deploying and operating services in AWS
• Experience managing infrastructure using Terraform
