Hardware Engineer:
1. Perform regular system updates, patches, and security configurations.
2. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.
3. Ensure data integrity and manage user backup
4. Implement and manage network security measures.
Desktop Support:
1. Provide technical support for desktop systems, laptops, and peripherals.
2. Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
3. Maintain an inventory of all hardware and software resources.
4. Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and document solutions.
Network Support:
1. Manage and support LAN/WAN networks, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
2. Monitor network performance and optimize as needed.
3. Ensure network security and manage VPN user's.
User Management:
1. Create and manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory.
2. Provide support for end-users on IT-related tools and processes.
IT Asset:
1. Maintain records of IT assets and ensure proper lifecycle management.
2. Assist in the procurement of IT
