Job Title: Senior Blockchain Engineer - Node.js, Python, Ripple and crypto exchanges

Location: Austin or Dallas - Texas (Onsite/ Hybrid 3 days)

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer – Blockchain Integration Platforms to build, integrate, and enhance the blockchain infrastructure that powers our digital asset custody and tokenization platforms.

The ideal candidate will work closely with Crypto Custody Lead Engineers, Crypto Security Engineers, and platform engineering teams

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Hands-on experience building or integrating blockchain or distributed ledger technologies.
Strong understanding of Layer 1 blockchain protocols and transaction lifecycles.
Experience designing and developing backend services, APIs, and infrastructure platforms.
Strong programming expertise in one or more of the following:
Python
Node.js
Go
Java
Rust
Experience working in distributed, asynchronous, and event-driven architectures.
Ability to collaborate effectively across platform, custody, and security teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with blockchain indexers, explorers, and chain analytics platforms.
Knowledge of wallet architecture and blockchain transaction signing workflows.
Familiarity with digital asset custody platforms and security-sensitive financial systems.
Experience with:
IPFS (InterPlanetary File System)
Ripple/XRP Ledger
Laravel Framework
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in distributed environments.
Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools and workflows.
Knowledge of smart contract interactions and token standards.
