Role Overview:We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to drive manufacturing efficiency, automation, and process optimization across aerospace production operations. The role focuses on reducing manual effort, improving machine utilization, optimizing shop-floor space, and increasing overall production efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Identify opportunities for automation and reduction of manual activities in production processesImprove machine utilization, production flow, and operational efficiencyOptimize shop-floor layout, workspace utilization, and material movementConduct time studies, line balancing, and cycle time reduction activitiesImplement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and productivity improvement initiativesCoordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Manufacturing Engineering teamsDevelop SOPs, process documentation, and workflow standardsMonitor production KPIs and support capacity planning activitiesDrive continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, cost, and efficiencyRequired Qualifications:B. E/B.
Tech in Industrial / Mechanical / Production Engineering3–8 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering rolesStrong understanding of process optimization and production systemsKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5 S, Kaizen, and workflow improvementGood analytical and problem-solving skillsPreferred Skills:Experience in aerospace, Defence or precision manufacturing industriesExposure to automation initiatives and production planning toolsUnderstanding of machine utilization, layout optimization, and manufacturing efficiency metrics
