Telecom Field Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Engineer responsible for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ISP and fiber network infrastructure. The role involves on-site support, customer handling, and ensuring smooth network operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure fiber broadband connections (FTTH)
• Perform site surveys and feasibility checks
• Troubleshoot network issues and resolve customer complaints
• Maintain network uptime and service quality
• Coordinate with NOC team for fault resolution
• Handle routers, ONT devices, and basic networking equipment
• Ensure proper cable routing and safety standards
• Submit daily work reports and updates

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of networking (IP, routers, switches)
• Understanding of fiber optic networks
• Hands-on experience in (OFC) installation and troubleshooting
• Ability to work in field conditions
• Good communication and customer handling skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
