Role Overview – Accelerate Your Career in Global B2B Sales
We are hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to support high-intensity, global sales efforts across the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East.
This is a high-impact role at the front line of revenue generation.
You will work directly with founders and senior leadership, helping drive pipeline creation, prospect engagement, account penetration, and revenue growth across international markets.
As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging decision-makers, generating qualified meetings, and contributing directly to the growth of the business.
From day one, you will gain hands-on exposure to enterprise sales, consultative selling, account-based prospecting, outbound sales, pipeline management, and modern AI-powered go-to-market (GTM) execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting across LinkedIn, email, calls, and other channels
- Identify, research, and engage decision-makers across target accounts
- Build and manage prospect pipelines across multiple international markets
- Conduct account research and identify buying signals, expansion opportunities, and hiring initiatives
- Qualify prospects based on business needs, priorities, and fit
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and leadership teams
- Execute structured follow-up sequences to maximize engagement and conversion
- Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure complete visibility into pipeline activities
- Collaborate closely with founders, sales leadership, and marketing teams to improve pipeline generation efforts
- Consistently achieve and exceed activity and pipeline targets
Candidate Profile
We are looking for individuals who are:
- Graduates or professionals with 0–5 years of experience
- Strong communicators with excellent spoken and written English
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and business decision-makers
- Confident, proactive, and highly execution-oriented
- Interested in building a long-term career in enterprise sales, business development, account management, or revenue operations
- Comfortable working in target-driven environments
Prior experience in SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, Recruitment, Staffing, Technology Sales, SaaS Sales, Consulting Sales, or Business Development roles is highly preferred.
